Mrs. Khiev Sokha is the founder of SDI International Law Group, which was established and registered on June 14, 2023. After serving as the Director of the SDI International Law Group for a period of time, Mrs. Khiev Sokha transferred the role of Director to Mr. Chan Sophea, who will currently serve as the Director of the SDI International Law Group, as she will be returning to work at the Phnom Penh Appellate Court.

With over 17 years of experience in the field of law and jurisdiction as of 2023, Mrs. Khiev Sokha has held various prominent positions.

She has served as a judge at the Kampong Speu Provincial Court, a member of the National Committee for the Management of Intellectual Property Rights (NCIPR), Legal Adviser to the Supreme Court Chamber of the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia, Judge of the Supreme Court, and Vice President of the Phnom Penh Appellate Court. Furthermore, she has also completed an internship at ACT Magistrates Court in Canberra, Australia.

Mr. Chan Sophea is currently a director of SDI International Law Group. He has previous experience working in the Ministry of Justice and as a clerk at the Phnom Penh Appeal Court.

Mr. Chan Sophea holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Royal University of Law and Economics, as well as a Master of Laws degree from Build Bright University.

Mr. Then Samvisoth, Attorney-at-law, a member of the SDI International Law Group.

He has extensive work experience in both the public and private sectors, including Director General of Cambodia Post, Assistant Advisor to the National Accounting Council of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Independent Non-Executive Director of Prince Bank, SEC Governor and Owner of AT&B Consulting Co., Ltd., Chief Financial Officer of Meas Development Holding Co., Ltd., Financial Manager of PHARMA PRODUCT MANUFACTURING, and also a lecturer at various universities in Cambodia.

For his educational background, Mr. Then Samvisoth holds a Master's Degree in International Business from the Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok, Thailand, a Master's Degree in Finance from Université Pierre Mendès France, France, and a Bachelor's Degree in Management from the Royal University of Law and Economics and Bachelor of Laws from Norton University.

In terms of professional skills, he has received a professional degree in tax agency from the National School of Taxation.

Mr. Ly Sreng is currently a member of the SDI International Law Group. He has experience as a Court Clerk at the Phnom Penh Appeal Court, a Court Clerk at Pursat Provincial Court, an Administrative Officer at Phnom Penh Commercial Bank, a Legal Assistant at the International Bridge to Justice Organization (IBJ).

He holds a Master&qout;s degree in Private Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) and a Bachelor&qout;s degree from the National University of Management (NUM).

Mr. Johnny Tan Cheng Hye, a Foreign Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Consultant at SDI International Law Group.

A founding partner of LT&T Architects where he practiced for almost 40 years, Johnny practices now as an independent arbitrator, adjudicator and mediator. He is a Past President of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (SIArb), having served four years as President from 2007 to 2011.

Mr. Tham Chanborey is the Legal Advisor specialized in Real Estate of SDI International Law Group.

He has experienced working as a Compliance Officer in Real Estate and Land Law Officer at Royal 5G Realty, Co. Ltd, Component Manager of Access to Land Project at HEKS-EPER, the Local Governance and Child Rights Program Coordinator at Save the Children International, Advisor under Land Rights Program at GIZ, and Local Expert for Land Rights and Capacity Building at Battambang Municipality.

In terms of his educational background, Mr. Tham Chanborey holds a Master's Degree in Private Law from the Royal University of Law and Economic Sciences and a Bachelor's Degree in Law and Political Sciences from Build Bright University.

Mr. Mao Visal is the Legal Advisor of SDI International Law Group.

Mr. Visal brings a wealth of experience, having served as a Credit Officer at GL-Finance, a Small Loan Officer at Cambodia Post Bank PLC, and at ABA Bank PLC. Additionally, he has worked as a Senior Credit Officer at Canadia Bank PLC and Shinhan Bank PLC.

He holds a Master's Degree in Private Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics and a Bachelor of Laws from Build Bright University in Siem Reap.

Mr. Chay Chandaravan, the founder and trainer of the program “I Learn About The Law” in collaboration with SDI International Law Group.

Mr. Chay Chandaravan is currently a Member of the Supreme Council of the Magistracy. He possesses extensive experience and knowledge in the field of law and jurisdiction in Cambodia. He has served as a judge at the Phnom Penh Appellate Court and the Kampong Cham Provincial Court. During his tenure as a judge, he handled a wide range of civil, commercial, and criminal cases. He also worked as an Investigator at the Office of the Co-Investigating Judges of the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC).

Mr. Chhith Vinea, the Trainer of the program “I Learn About The Law” in collaboration with SDI International Law Group. He has extensive experience working as a judge at the Ratanakiri Provincial Court and the Tbong Kmum Provincial Court. He has also worked as a lawyer and legal advisor for commercial companies in the fields of banking, securities, and insurance. Additionally, he serves as a part-time law lecturer at several universities.

Mr. Chhith Vinea holds a Ph.D. in Private Law from Indravitche University, a Bachelor of Laws in Private Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics, a Bachelor of Khmer Literature from the Royal University of Phnom Penh, and a Bachelor of Laws from the Royal University of Law and Economics.

Mr. Chhith Vinea has obtained a professional degree as a judge from the Royal Academy of Judicial Professions and a certificate of lawyer profession from the Lawyer Training Center. He has received qualifications in the field of Trust, and qualifications in the field of Securities from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia, as well as qualifications to be an Arbitrator from the National Center for Commercial Arbitration.
