She has served as a judge at the Kampong Speu Provincial Court, a member of the National Committee for the Management of Intellectual Property Rights (NCIPR), Legal Adviser to the Supreme Court Chamber of the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia, Judge of the Supreme Court, and Vice President of the Phnom Penh Appellate Court. Furthermore, she has also completed an internship at ACT Magistrates Court in Canberra, Australia.
