Mr. Ly Sreng is currently a member of the SDI International Law Group. He has experience as a Court Clerk at the Phnom Penh Appeal Court, a Court Clerk at Pursat Provincial Court, an Administrative Officer at Phnom Penh Commercial Bank, a Legal Assistant at the International Bridge to Justice Organization (IBJ).

Mr. Visal brings a wealth of experience, having served as a Credit Officer at GL-Finance, a Small Loan Officer at Cambodia Post Bank PLC, and at ABA Bank PLC. Additionally, he has worked as a Senior Credit Officer at Canadia Bank PLC and Shinhan Bank PLC.

Mr. Chhith Vinea, the Trainer of the program “I Learn About The Law” in collaboration with SDI International Law Group. He has extensive experience working as a judge at the Ratanakiri Provincial Court and the Tbong Kmum Provincial Court. He has also worked as a lawyer and legal advisor for commercial companies in the fields of banking, securities, and insurance. Additionally, he serves as a part-time law lecturer at several universities.
Mr. Chhith Vinea holds a Ph.D. in Private Law from Indravitche University, a Bachelor of Laws in Private Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics, a Bachelor of Khmer Literature from the Royal University of Phnom Penh, and a Bachelor of Laws from the Royal University of Law and Economics.
Mr. Chhith Vinea has obtained a professional degree as a judge from the Royal Academy of Judicial Professions and a certificate of lawyer profession from the Lawyer Training Center. He has received qualifications in the field of Trust, and qualifications in the field of Securities from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia, as well as qualifications to be an Arbitrator from the National Center for Commercial Arbitration.
